Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Engineer to join our team. This role reports to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager at our plant in Bloomington, MN and is considered a critical member of the CPP-Minneapolis team. Major Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing capital manufacturing projects; from budgeting and estimating through design, project management and completion
  • Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetary constraints
  • overseeing, coordinating, and supervising projects from the handoff to the installation phase, ensuring the final acceptance by operations
  • Vigilant monitoring and control of schedules, along with efficient management of costs (including labor and materials) to successfully meet on-time and on-budget goals
  • Offers leadership and technical direction to the project team throughout the entire process
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a preference for Industrial Engineering.
  • Possess a minimum of 2+ years of project management experience. Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience at a company specializing in machine building.
  • Knowledge of Environment Protection Agency and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to define tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to protect confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, PLC Programming
  • Ability to prepare conceptual pricing.
